Are you using Trello?
Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Trello's Kanban boards work well for task tracking and team collaboration, but assess your actual needs before committing. The free plan caps you at one Power-Up per board and lacks advanced reporting—if you need burndown charts, custom fields, or detailed workload analytics, you'll hit these limits quickly. The search function doesn't cover archived cards, so ...Read more
Trello pros and cons
Easy for new and experienced users to operate with minimal setup time.
Excellent tool for task organization with Kanban-style boards, drag-and-drop functionality, and customizable labels.
Supports team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and task delegation in remote or shift-based work environments.
Supports project tracking with features like checklists, due dates, color-coded alerts, and real-time updates to enhance productivity and clarity.
Limited capability for handling large or complex projects due to the lack of advanced features compared to specialized project management tools.
Archived tasks and boards are difficult to retrieve or review, causing frustration for long-term task tracking.

A useful tool for basic project management
What do you like best? Trello makes it easy to create tasks (or "cards", and even create checklists within those tasks. Those cards can then be shared with other team members and everyone can be on track with what projects are needing to be accomplished. Also, you can allow Trello to send an email whenever someone mentions you in a comment or assigns a task to you. This means that even if you forget to check Trello, you won't miss out on an important comment. What do you dislike? There ...

Helpful if you are already a very organized person
What do you like best? Good place to keep notes from meetings and keep track of task lists for each person or project. What do you dislike? I think the design of the cards is too monotonous which jumbles all the text up in my mind. I don't like how I have to go through so many layers to get to the notes I really need. Recommendations to others considering the product Be sure to keep your cards organized and to mark your completed tasks promptly What business problems are you ...

Agile Project Management at It's Best!
What do you like best? Customization, communication, ease of use What do you dislike? Cards don't appear in number order (new cards goto the bottom, which is hard to manage. It would be nice if they would always be in number order and you have the option to sort by due date and/or team member assignment (that way the team can pull their lists. Recommendations to others considering the product It's great for managing projects, managing communication, planning and communication across ...

Great for basic high level use
What do you like best? It's simplicity and ease of use among a team. It's good for people of both technical and non technical backgrounds to collaborate. Very easy to add tasks quickly and share them even faster. Integrating with Google is a nice feature through the power ups. What do you dislike? Lack of drill down features and depth of information. It is very top level but thats not necessarily a bad thing. The layout is OK but not great. Not very popular either so other people are ...

Simple but Flexible
What do you like best? We've tried several other task management solutions, but had trouble getting other team members to consistently use the product. Trello is friendly and not intimidating; cards can be very simple, or have several checklists as needed. It's really helped the team get on board. What do you dislike? I wish you could mark something as completed without adding a due date. We don't archive completed tasks for record keeping purposes, and they show up as open on search. ...

What do you like best? It has a lot of sticker and the interface is very dynamic. When you use it with other team member you can almost feel like in a challenge racing on who finish first all the task assigned. What do you dislike? I understand the scope of Trello is to simplify task management in a ...

Trello is tacos!
What do you like best? Cards and board backgrounds are the best in my mind. What do you dislike? I would like to have automatic card label coloring for all the boards. Recommendations to others considering the product I started using Trello a while ago. Actually it's been about 2-3 years. I've been using Trello for personal and work programming projects for keeping track of all the tasks and their status of completion. Trello also helped me a lot in planning and managing my homework ...
