Good for task management

What do you like best? I like that I can organize groups of tasks and create sub-tasks. Collaborators can also create their own tasks. It gives others a sense of their colleagues' workload. What do you dislike? It would be nice to quickly sort cards by due dates and owners. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
