Great for tracking action items and to do's

What do you like best? It is very easy to use and see what you need to work on with due dates. It makes collaboration for projects easy as you can see status of all tasks. What do you dislike? It would be nice to be able to see a list by priority just for yourself. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increasing visibility of what others are working on. This provides visibility, status and expected completion dates for team activities.
