Confusing software

What do you like best? I did not find Trello to be useful. The software is confusing and difficult to use. What do you dislike? The project board, post-it note stye did not seem to create an environment for collaboration. We were not able to use it succeffully for project management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We hoped to collaborate and manage projects involving many participants.
