Handy for Long Term, Not for short term

What do you like best? It’s a great system to use on large scale marketing projects or similar, but after recently switching to video production, we move too fast to put everything on a board and organize our to dos in that way. What do you like best? trello is the most complete and easiest to use app that i have ever used. Its definitely simplified my life. Once used cannot live without it now.
