To better coordinate tasks and to communicate optimally Trello
What do you like best? Its visual dashboards because they facilitate both the structure and the monitoring of tasks: - You will be able to assign tasks to the users who participate in the boards and make comments that can be answered by the project members. It also shows a log of the activity so you can monitor the work. The cards offer many options to minipulate them in a fun and entertaining way such as: - Add comments, attachments, tags, checklists. - Put organize all ...

My Trellow Review
What do you like best? Trello stands out for me, especially with the convenience it provides in the distribution and management of a project. It helps me like a blackboard in terms of the distribution of work in projects and the rate at which things are done. What do you dislike? I like it in general. Only reporting features can be more detailed. It's just like a visible blackboard, but it's really hard to do a detailed scan of the past. What problems are you solving with the ...

Very useful for medium teams and individual management.
What do you like best? The easiness to build cards and move them around. Also very useful to share within teams, several boards. What do you dislike? The fact that it isn't possible to personalize the size of the text or the size of the cards. And the need to slide right to see the rest of the cards in a board. Recommendations to others considering the product: I liked Trello very much but not everyone is able to use, I fear that projects that are too big might be difficult ...

Easy to get started and easy to use for the simple minded team lead or project manager
What do you like best? The interface is easy to use and collaboration is a snap. Cards and custom backgrounds can be set up in minutes and the whole team can contribute and report. What do you dislike? Without a lot of initial guidance from the tool, you can easily get drowned in a sea of cards if you don't have a plan of attack to get started. Recommendations to others considering the product: I definitely think you should define for yourself what problem you are looking ...

Nice tool to use for non-developers
What do you like best? Trello has a nice UI that's easy to use and understand. It helps keeps teams organized and the cards are easy to read and color-coded for quick identification. What do you dislike? I wouldn't use Trello for software development tasks. I'd use a more robust system such as JIRA or TFS for those teams. Trello is pretty simple so I'd only use it for project management or product management teams to keep you organized. What problems are you solving with the ...
