Spotsaas Editor’s POV
Trello's Kanban boards work well for task tracking and team collaboration, but assess your actual needs before committing. The free plan caps you at one Power-Up per board and lacks advanced reporting—if you need burndown charts, custom fields, or detailed workload analytics, you'll hit these limits quickly. The search function doesn't cover archived cards, so ...Read more
Trello pros and cons
Easy for new and experienced users to operate with minimal setup time.
Excellent tool for task organization with Kanban-style boards, drag-and-drop functionality, and customizable labels.
Supports team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and task delegation in remote or shift-based work environments.
Supports project tracking with features like checklists, due dates, color-coded alerts, and real-time updates to enhance productivity and clarity.
Limited capability for handling large or complex projects due to the lack of advanced features compared to specialized project management tools.
Archived tasks and boards are difficult to retrieve or review, causing frustration for long-term task tracking.

The smart tool for managing tasks and projects
What do you like best? Trello is a very simple to use online software, it has tools with which I can track, distribute my tasks, it also has a history of records where I can see all the changes made. What do you dislike? It does not have any type of chat, I also consider that the free version is very limited since it does not have advanced features. Recommendations to others considering the product: I recommend trello for the development of projects of all kinds, you can ...

simple to use
What do you like best? there is a basic structure to using, it but you can modify as you see fit to what works with current projects. I like that you can link to your email and can create tasks based off of email. It has a ton of features and apps you can link it with and it does seem as if things are improving on trello frequently. What do you dislike? I think notifications could be more obvious if delivered to your inbox. They are easy to skip right over. Text notification ...

Resounding success for projects.
What do you like best? I don't worry about having a list of activities and not knowing where to start, with Trello I can make my projects visible in the best way and do a quick job. I love how the information is distributed in the support guides. What do you dislike? It would work better if the support placed several forms of communication, either online chat, via email or call. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't be sorry, it's a software with a lot ...

It's one of the most recommended
What do you like best? Trello is a platform that provides a meeting experience and a place to exhibit ideas on the web. It allows the tasks or activities to be carried out to be organized into boards and allows them to be moved with its drag and drop function to be assigned to the corresponding lines. It has a simple interface and is a tool that does not need to be customized to any industry, since it can be used as best as possible by any person. It will be possible to share content ...

Trello is great for beginning product/project managers
What do you like best? I'm a very "talented" but unorganized designer. Trello has really given me the right environment to organize all of my tasks and or delegate them to other people. The ticket/kanban system works wonders especially in fast paced environments. I also love how it's a desktop app, iphone app or web app. I'm always one click away from accessing my tasks. What do you dislike? The design feels a little dated and cluttered. The sister program, Jira feels much more ...
