Great Experience
What do you like best? I love how easily the team can submit expense reports - even from mobile. Gives us the ability to snapshot receipts add a note and log them together under a single expense. There even is the ability to log travel through travelbank and earn rewards. The team is also super friendly and helpful! What do you dislike? Awesome
What do you like best? It helps me keep track of how much I spend, all my expenses for business and trips. What do you dislike? Sometimes it’s blurry doesn’t use the camera to its full potential when taking pics of receipts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me budget. I use it for everything
What do you like best? I use it for work and personal travel. Everything! I really enjoy the customer service as well. What do you dislike? Sometimes when you look to check-in for your flight, you do not get an email sending you to the correct airline website and you have to sleuth it out. Intuitive Experience for Anyone in the Workplace
What do you like best? I like the ease of use. Fill in the name and then boom I can start uploading my expenses. I like the drag and drop feature so that I can easily upload my pdfs and begin filling in details for the expense. What do you dislike? Streamlined Travel Booking
What do you like best? The search is easy to use, the interface is nice, and the booking process is super fast since there's no need to enter payment info. What do you dislike? Some airlines had a nice discount, but not all, and it wasn't the easiest to go back and revise my search after selecting flights; I had to begin a new search. Efficient way to track and book your travel, with great potential rewards!
What do you like best? TravelBank has great rewards (Amazon & AirBnB) that I am very likely to use and work towards. I have already claimed an Amazon gift card which I used immediately. Customer service is wonderful - the chat bubble shows who is available and who is away, as well as emailing you a copy of their response if you are away from the chat window. What do you dislike? Easy for Expenses and essential On the go traveling
What do you like best? Easy to fill out expense reports for work. No need to keep receipts. Quick and simple to send and share with anyone. Its is amazing how it can pull of the data off of scanning reciepts What do you dislike? It doesn't seem to pull the dates off the receipts and I have to enter that manually.
