It's amazing
The fact that this app is free for freelancers such as myself is quite surprising as it helps so much with my work. The app tracks billable hours so i can bill clients for the correct amount of hours worked. The app also has features like screenshots and/or screen recordings to provide proof to my clients that the hours billed are 100% billable. Great piece of software!!

It's amazing

User Friendly with responsive customer Support
Traqq has helped streamline our agency as we hire workers from abroad it's hard to get a reading on output and efficiency, as we don't have a physical office. The ability to monitor times of activity is a game changer! And were see immediate benefits to the business

App works fine but customer support does not exist at all
The app works fine but the customer support does not exist. They never answered to any of our customer support requests. We will move to a different service. No idea what this is but I rarely experienced a shittier customer support.
