"Extremely inexpensive translation service for lower volume contact center"

What do you like best about TransPerfect Services? Barrier to entry is very low. Inexpensive and contract free pricing and fiarly scalable. Our contact center volume is relatively low (vs giant call centers) and the non-English patron volume is only a fraction of that. So Transperfect is an excellent implementation partner for that.
