"Easy and custimizable Performance review platform"
What do you like best about Trakstar Perform? The fact that it is easy to use and manage as administrator. Customizable to your needs and most of all the immediate and constant support that one receives as part of the subscription. One great feature. Also is the Insights, dashboards at a click of a button that gives you a good summary of your organisation plus a fantastic online help documentation.

"Such a versatile product"
What do you like best about Trakstar Perform? I love that I can use the software to send surveys and collect needed information over a wide audience. I love that I can export the data in formats usful to my needs. I love that I can tarck performance and give 360 reviews. I love that I can have scheduled surveys going out without me having to remeber to send them. I set the schedule and move on.

PROS: We can easily track our employee’s completion, self-evaluations and managing reviews. As admins we are able to review and see each employee’s process so we can provide coaching if needed. Its autoreminders for completing appraisals saves huge amount of time and helps us to stay on the track. I love that all appraisals and scores are in one place instead on the paper.

It’s fun to work with Trakstar
