Technical issue with trade uploads

Technical issue with trade uploads - no response from support over multiple days [not even to reach out and let me know if they were working on it]. Killed the app for me.

Suport answer is tool long.

That told you that it's the best product.But the time needed for support to answer is out of mind. Tool long guys, too long. Make 24/7 support.

Amazing support, bought the service to realise there was active discount codes and got refunded the discount as a goodwill gesture, appreciate the staff at tradezella.

Tradezalla app is a great tool

Tradezalla app is a great tool which does not have competition in the industry I believe. I purchased Tradezella about a year ago but did still log my trades using Excel and other tools. Simply because I thought it is too difficult for me to understand the look and feel of Tradezella. Just recently I found out I was totally wrong. Once you get the idea it is soo simple to use. First I did add my trades manually, but too much work. Then I imported my trades from files. Already much better. ...

Very Flashy but support is non…

Very Flashy but support is non existent. They dont respond to the contact email address, nor do they answer messages on Twitter. The FAQ's are extremely thin, as is the help section.

Tradezella provides more in-depth details about your trades

I discovered Tradezella last year, and I already knew that this would be my journal for trading. I do not regret it because now I use it, and it helps me track my mistakes, risks, average gains, losses, etc. I highly recommend using it for anyone who wants to level up their trading skills.

Payment system issue…

You guys should add crypto payment system, I could not access it due to my bank payment issues and I’m pretty sure that a lot of people also do have the same challenge. It would be nice if you guys put that in consideration.

Its a full 5 star for the program

Its a full 5 star for the program. I took one off in hopes for the staff to look at the review. One star removed only because they are not offering a trial. Even a 3 day trial wouldn't cost them anything but I'm absolutely sure would bring in more people. Its mind boggling to me that trial is not offered. I got subbed only because my sister gave me her account to test drive and I saw how AMAZING the platform is. You got the right stats and tools to improve your trading through journaling. ...

Recently subscribed to the TradeZella

Recently subscribed to the TradeZella, but unfortunately the excitement was short lived. Never have I been so dissappointed with a subscription. To start, none of the three brokers I use (Oanda, EightCap, FXPig) are supported, and there's no option to upload a raw CSV file for unsupported brokers. As a result, I have to upload trades manually, which isn't a deal-breaker, but the process is flawed and time consuming. You can add manual executions of trades, which is logical, but this ...
