Really bad for crypto journaling

Really bad for crypto journaling, so bad that my year membership is a complete waste of money and it can’t be used. I was told by the team it’s as easy as any other platform. Crypto trades have to be entered manually- which is fine on any other journaling system, but with Tradezella it is so complicated it’s not possible as this platform is created for imported trades- not manually putting them in. No test period.

I was intrigued by the product and began the process of registering and onboarding. But at the end of my registration without payment I could not use any of the features of the service, no demo account or test period to familiarize myself with the product and understand its real value for me. I wasted my time and was left with nothing.

Be careful with your billing…

Be careful with your billing information, I recently canceled my subscription and they continued to charge me the monthly subscription fee. I contacted them to stop the payments and they told me it was an error and the payments would stop. However, on the following month I was charged again. It's really unfortunate that I had to cancel my card for a replacement so they could no longer continue to charge me again. I had paid yearly subscription at 6 feb…

I had paid yearly subscription at 6 feb 2024, and received email that the subscription need renew at 6 mar 2024. I send msg and email to cs on Sunday, and now nearly Tue morning still no reply and no one to follow up, very disappointed. *EDIT* after few hours, cs read my msg and amend to yearly subscription, thank you so much.

I thought you could subscribe to try it for free. But you can't. When i try and delete my account it won't let me because the pay-wall pops up. And support is useless. If you can't try this software for free then you should not be able to make a user BEFORE you haved payed. Biggest scam, thats litterly pumping up the costumerbase numbers. *EDIT* After you give a bad review they are very helpfull in deleting your account, so props to the trustpilot team.
