No customer support and a lot of bugs

Customer support is almost non existent, and backtesting feature is trash( a lot of bugs and candles not showing), the app is good but this problems make me rate it 1 star

Tradezella helps realy a lot

Tradezella helps realy a lot. I am using now for 2 month and my trading improved a lot. it offers everything I need and makes easier to journal. I was journaling my trades with notion and that was a lot of work and sometimes I was skiping but now Tradezella makes easier for me. It would nice for basic users to able to connect more than one account. at least 2 accounts.

Works Great, When It Wants To!

Tradezella is a nice idea and would be fine, although it is pricey, but the problem is it just isn't reliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've gone back and forth with Tradezella a couple of time. It isn't worth the hassle. I've tried different browsers, I have Windows 11 Pro and I upload according to their instructions and the uploads are usually successful and will display the data (which I could get for free from my broker easily), but the charts are spotty at best. ...
