What do you like best about Traackr? The campaign pages were the best feature though we weren't ready to take 100% advantage of them. But email syncing was also a great feature.

What do you like best about Traackr? The discovery function I feel is most useful in discovering new influencers. Being able to create a report and study the influencers that posted about a different brand has also been extremely valuable in analyzing the campaigns of other brands. We first used the platform as a simple social listening tool, but now use it in all areas of influencer marketing. The customer success team is listening to our needs, and helps us daily to solve painpoint, to be agile with the tool. And yhey are available. The bot is also effective.

What do you like best about Traackr? Client Service is exceptional. The team is great at troubleshooting and offer timely responses and well-built educational resources. On top, one of the best discovery engines i've seen to date. I also particularly appreciate the excellent team collaboration features and 'kanban' style project tracking.
