Touchplan is the BEST!

What do you like best? It is a pretty straight forward software What do you dislike? That I can "act" as the trade partner but i can create tickets as them. What do you like best? the simplicity of the software and its easy to teach others how to use it. i also enjoy being able to update the activities and see why/how they went wrong or off schedule What do you dislike? its hard to keep up with on a daily basis What problems are you solving with the product? Very handy tool for scheduling weekly activity

What do you like best? It is a simple yet effective tool for organizing a jobs daily activities, making it an easier way to understand your master schedule What do you dislike? Some of the reports are hard to understand. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is great for clarifying work going on at once, allowing our team to keep better track of who is on site, keeping the job less hectic.

Collaborative Tool

What do you like best? It is very user friendly and helpful for not only GC's but subcontractors as well. It is a great tool to facilitate the collaborative effort of scheduling the flow of construction. What do you dislike? I dislike not being able to directly tie the Touchplan schedule to the Contract Schedule. It woudl be great if there was an integration "button". What problems are you solving with the product? Touchplan for teaching pull planning

What do you like best? Easy to assign roles; completing and adding stickies to the pull plan was straight forward; 'live' functionality great for showing interaction of trades/last planners What do you dislike? Inability to move the active line left, once tasks have been activated What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Teaching clients how to pull plan. Works relatively well for this.

Lean at its finest!

What do you like best? This is a great software that we utilize from design and pre-construction phases all the way through to the closing of the project. What do you dislike? There are no real dislikes that I could bring up at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Incredible reporting features that allow all stakeholders to visually understand all project metrics and performance on a scheduled basis.

IT PROVIDES US AN INTUITE LOOK AT SCHEDULE FOR UPCOMING, CURRENT AND PAST ITEMS What do you dislike? I DONT LIKE THE ABILITY THE ADMINISTRATOR OR GC HAS TO UNPIN TAGS AND MOVE THEM.
