My experience with Touch Plan has been limited as a sub, but very successful and enjoyable.
What do you like best? The ease of making tickets and applying them to the schedule. This concept is much faster and more inter active then other pull planning. What do you dislike? I would like more exposure to Touch Plan to see what it can do for subs. Some of the functions Touch Plan has may be more then what we would need What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting all the trades in a room to discuss the work and participate with ...

Much better implementation of Last Planner than sticky notes on a wall
What do you like best? I love that the information is available anywhere, it can automatically generate reports, and it can track dependencies and variances as things change in the field. Gone are the days of manually creating and rearranging countless sticky notes on a board. What do you dislike? There are a few limitations in the ability to show delays and activity gaps, but benefits far outweigh the shortfalls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

This is redefine subcontractor's view of coordination.
What do you like best? That it changes the relationship with subs from 'i told you' to 'how can we do this better?' What do you dislike? The advanced training needs to be broader and deeper. Recommendations to others considering the product: Making it available to make updates offline and 'sync' once wifi is available What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling/Sequencing. Sub commitment is pivotal
