My experience has been amazing with Touchplan
What do you like best? How easy it is to get subcontractors on board and using the software makes my job so much easier. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is so user friendly and easy to use that anyone can use it. After one project the user can then train others. What do you like best? Touchplan takes a lot of the data entry management out of the process and allows one to focus on the content of planning and the actual process needing to be diagnosed. What do you like best? That it changes the relationship with subs from 'i told you' to 'how can we do this better?' What do you dislike? The advanced training needs to be broader and deeper. Much better implementation of Last Planner than sticky notes on a wall
What do you like best? I love that the information is available anywhere, it can automatically generate reports, and it can track dependencies and variances as things change in the field. Gone are the days of manually creating and rearranging countless sticky notes on a board. What do you dislike?
