I enjoy how I can use subcontractors with minimal training to modify their schedule inputs. What do you dislike? I have been getting a lot of spam and advertising since being signed up for touch plan. I'm not sure if my email is shared for marketing purposes or if it's just a coincidence. Recommendations to others considering the product Have a big enough project so that you can ...

What do you like best? I like that the program is web based, is designed to be a "drag and drop" platform, while having the capacity to export data to Microsoft Office products What do you dislike? I don't like that the task linking feature has minimal capacity. It would be helpful to be able to link tasks as dependents, predecessors, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Labor projections.

Touchplan helps organize activities and easily makes it all transparent.
What do you like best? Rather than sifting through lengthy CPM schedules, Touchplan is easily understandable from a quick glance. It gives trades a chance to have input on schedule which overall creates a realistic time frame. What do you dislike? Losing the hands on/face to face collaboration that sticky notes would typically bring. Recommendations to others considering the product Stay disciplined to questioning trade's dates, tracking PPC, and printing reports. What business problems ...

Pull Planning, but without the stickies.
What do you like best? Maintaining a traditional pull board is a pain. You have to rally everyone together, pester them, and make sure they come fill out their activities. Touchplan eliminates the physical part of that. What do you dislike? That it hasn't been around longer. Wish it was. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pull planning on a large-scale construction project.
