Works great for our small cafe!
It's the perfect application for my small deli/café. Very easy to program, very easy to train my employees, very easy to use. The price is also great and it has a nice visual appeal.

Happy with Touch Bistro
Overall I'm happy with Touch Bistro. It works well with my POS and my staff are able to navigate it easily. I'd like to be able to create more specific reports ie sales from 10am - 12pm over the past month

Comprehensive POS with complicated installation and set-up
After researching several iPad based POS systems, it seems like Touch Bistro is the most comprehensive system out there for Ontario based businesses. There are no other iPad POS systems that I am aware of that provide the option to apply different tax rates on different amounts. In all other systems I have worked on, this has to be done manually with several steps as opposed to automatically calculating the correct tax. "A great experience with fast quick install."
What do you like best about TouchBistro Restaurant POS? The best feature is the ease of setting up and training employees. I have cut my training time to in half from our old system. We are not only training people quicker but have eliminated mistakes and user errors with the structure of the ordering system and ease of chits for the cooks.

An exceptional POS system for large or small restaurants
I have been using a variety of POS systems for more than 25 years. Finally, a system that works the way it is supposed to without needing to be a computer engineer to program it. We switched to Touch Bistro several months ago and I am so glad we did. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Easy reporting. And it doesn't cost that much to get started with it. I highly recommend this system!

"Just signed up and loving every bit of it!!!"
What do you like best about TouchBistro Restaurant POS? I love how easy it is for our staff to input items and even click on them to view all ingredients instead of asking the kitchen. I love how precise the reporting is so that we can see what is selling and when. I love that we can see how many people have come in that day, even if we are somewhere sitting on the beach.

Easy to learn and servers love it
Tried 5 different POS systems over past 15 years...this is by far the BEST available. Easy to learn with great reporting cloud based.

Seems like great system, with little lack on service
We have a great experience with Touch Bistro so far - even when we're not up and running yet... But the biggest issue I see is that phone calls are never answered from their sells rep staff! Reason why I am saying that is because the time when we were in a training process I tried to reach out several times their staff but unfortunately nobody was available. I believe that this will be fixed in the near future and I cant wait for being their customer wit 100% satisfaction!
