Adaptive POS

We have been using TouchBistro for a little over a year and what I like the most is that this is a POS that changes and adapts to the needs of it's users. Your not just stuck with the system the way it comes. You have the opportunity to request/suggest changes. The system is easy to use and easy to set up. The support is exceptionally fast. Happy with Touch Bistro

Overall I'm happy with Touch Bistro. It works well with my POS and my staff are able to navigate it easily. I'd like to be able to create more specific reports ie sales from 10am - 12pm over the past month

Great support and easy to use

TouchBistro continually improves their features and support to provide an easy to use but industry leading iPad based POS software. Updates are frequent to address widespread customer concerns and customer service is prompt and professional whenever support is needed.

TouchBistro has worked hard to provide what the restaurant industry needs. The positives: Easy use by servers, Great to show the guests at the table. Good but not great reports. The negatives: No bar tabs make it much harder for the bartenders to take care of customers on busy evenings. We have also had a lot of complications with using card swipers and duplication of payments which should be impossible. The price point is also outstanding compared to Aloha and Micros

Works great for our small cafe!

It's the perfect application for my small deli/café. Very easy to program, very easy to train my employees, very easy to use. The price is also great and it has a nice visual appeal.
