I had purchased the system prior to opening my bar. Once set up we have had multiple issues. Floor plan disappearing, menu items disappearing, cloud reports no matching up to reports on the ipad. The credit card processors have to be paired to the device weekly. When there is an issue you can not get someone on the phone to help you when you need it and we all know that when a customer is waiting they do not want to hear about having to wait for tech support. TouchBistro is an excellent pos system! We are very happy with how it helps to keep our business running smoothly and ourselves organized. It is very user friendly and we have had no issues with it since we began using it in 2017.

Stay Away!

Bought the system before Christmas to install in our new restaurant to find half of the items missing so called Touch Bistro to resolve the issue. We can understand they can be short staffed (or closed) during Christmas and New Year hence contacted them again in the New Year. We are then informed that the Ipad and remaining items will be with us next day which would have been on the day of our launch however, as per false promise, this was never received.
