Unprofessional behaviour
The contract was not started as they did not fulfil their committment. They are not ready to refund money chargedNow, they are forcing cancellation charges for not using their systems which were never implemented Please be careful and do not fall for false promisesI can share all email communication for anyone who is interested including the companyTouchBistro themselves

They are taking money off our card each month in spite of no contract and also after writing so many emails for not charging. We have escalated this to our bank now. "Good restaurant management system"
What do you like best about TouchBistro Restaurant POS? I was able to save all our products during installation and also enter special shortcuts for our handheld. This allows us to type in frequently ordered products faster. The credit card payment always works perfectly. All types of cards are accepted.

We are a small business based in SWFL…
We are a small business based in SWFL .we hired a local touch bistro agent to install the POS and we made sure he is an approved Touch bistro dealer. He charged us $1500 before the installation and he went out of town on the day of restaurant opening . When we ask him to fix the installaion as soon as he can, he just gave up the job and did nothing to help us for installtion and kept the money. Very easy to use! Fluid interface!
I grew to love TouchBistro. It was easy to train employees and very simple to use. The ability to change prices and settings were pretty straightforward. No issues with the POS so far!

TouchBistro Excellent
Touchbistro is very easy to use. Very easy to change the menu and prices. Plus we can see the sales and what items we sold the most, and which are not selling the most. There is lot of advantages and very affordable. I have already helped my 2 business clients with implementing touchbistro and now working on the third. Cheers for the Great Work

TouchBistro is a great system!!!!!
Working at a local Pub in my community and they were in need of a better POS system and also one that could launch quickly as the old system licensing agreement was running out within a few days. We were able to purchase and set up the new Touchbistro within a few days and get any kinks out before the old system crashed. Its new to all of us only had for 2 months now and so far working excellent and have called customer service few times to work few things out...no problem getting thru and ...

Huge disappointment
We installed touchbistro in Nov. 2019. As others have noted...from the begining we noticed that after you sign on the dotted line communication changes. Our assigned person kept trying to pass us off to the regular technical support instead of being of assistance as our set up technician. So as others have stated, support is dismal once you sign on. Generally speaking you have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes just to get someone on the phone and then good luck getting a resolution. They also ...
