Love Touch Bistro

I recently opened a food shop and needed a POS that was easy to use. I already use TB for my coffee bar and though my new shop is a retail grocer, I was confident TB would suit my needs. The equipment arrived with lightning speed and I was able to set the iPad up myself. I needed tech support's help to sort out the printer but the agent was amazing. I enjoy using TB and would recommend it to anyone in the food business and beyond.

We recently set up our 2nd restaurant…

We recently set up our 2nd restaurant with Touch Bistro and Allen is always so helpful and lovely to work with. The only negative is that wait times on the phone can be quite excessive - especially if it's an issue that needs attention ASAP.

Touch Bistro my choice for POS

I've been in the restaurant business with my family for over 30 years and touch bistro is the first POS we've ever used. We are still in the training phase but the customer service and patience with all my questions and concerns has been incredible.

Straightforward install and operations

Product and install team is extremely helpful and always able to be contacted. Once we had one person heading up our install everything was extremely smooth sailing. No issues once operational, tons of back end information that's easy to understand and very streamlined.

Switched from Aldelo POS to TouchBistro…

Switched from Aldelo POS to TouchBistro recently and everything has been good except there's a few key features that TouchBistro doesn't have (yet) that I would have liked to know prior to switching.

Worst System ever

Worst System ever. Customer Support does not exist. Waiting hours and hours on hold with no resolution. Updates are being installed in the middle of service. No answers to calls or emails. Stay away!! We have been dealing with this for one year and lost thousands!

PROS: One standout functionality is how it's simple to set up and train employees. My training time is slashed in half compared to the traditional approach. It's not just about training people quickly, but completely eradicating user errors with the current ordering system. It also makes for easy chits for the kitchen.

An ideal POS for use in the food service industry.

PROS: TouchBistro is really simple to setup. Customer service has been fantastic. I like the fact that they update consistently for the several months we've been using this tool. Training from this system has been nothing but excellent. Highly recommended.
