Touch Bistro – POS of the future!
PROS: Portability. Servers are able to spend more 1:1 time with a guest as everything is done on a hand held device (iPad) instead of having to run to a standalone POS CONS: Occasional minor bugs when a new iOS is introduced.

The POS system has come a long way

TouchBistro team is always so helpful…
TouchBistro team is always so helpful and I feel like they actually care about me being successful with my business. appreciate the system as its UI is very friendly and easy to learn/teach. There are some glitchy type issues we have experienced with orders from the online platform pushing into closed-out tickets without someone actually closing them out. Yet to be resolved. When implementing the software, TouchBistro could improve the experience of behaving a base "common" restaurant setup.

Easy to use
PROS: Easy to use and setup. Don't have to be an expert to use it or to set it up. Customer Service is busy most times but will call you back if you need help CONS: Problems when there is updates, the main server then requires you to put the password in right away. Apple updates cause some issues from time to time as well

NOT bad but NOT AMAZING!
I have been mostly pleased up to this point. Although when trying to get our business up a running we began getting charged before we had even opened. And when we asked if there was a way to defer the payments until we opened we never really received a response. So we paid for about 4 months and were not able to use it as we were not running yet.

Using this tool within the tasting room.
PROS: It's really simple to use. Reports and menus can be customized. We were able to completely realize when our schedule is busy. What's more, we now have a concise idea which products are being sold at certain times. So, that's a really good thing for us!

Don't waste your money here
Not many functions and they will force you to stay with them as they have no early exit fee, avoid, there are many better options out there
