It's so good to have for my Costa Rica bar.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the fact that there's no longer a need to making handwritten receipts. We get to view our own "best selling" items from the menu and modifying the ones that aren't selling well. We're able to set budget monthly for entertainment purposes.

We've been a TouchBistro customer since…

We've been a TouchBistro customer since 2019. We've grown with them. I'm not sure if they're growing to fast or what but their support team can't keep up with everything they're offering. We recently opened a 2nd location and switched to TouchBistro payments. We switched over 10 days ago and haven't received one deposit and nobody knows why. Nobody will even return a call or email. A gentleman named John Florinis is supposedly working on it. I'll update the review when they get back to me. ...

Make the Switch to TouchBistro NOW!

TouchBistro has been a lifesaver to our restaurant! We started out with Clover as our POS and had nothing but problems with it from the beginning! We switched to TouchBistro and it’s been smooth sailing ever since. If you are looking for a cost effective and highly functional POS system, I highly recommend TouchBistro and all the great products and services they offer. I have been with TouchBistro for 4 years now and have been very happy with ALL of the help and guidance I have received! Even in very stressful situations, TB has always come thru. I know I can count on them to answer any concerns I have. If I had to add a piece of constructive criticism, it would be to add an emergency help line instead of just the help desk for time sensitive emergencies. I will be opening another location and there is no doubt in my mind that I will be doing it with TB's ...

Touch Bistro – POS of the future!

PROS: Portability. Servers are able to spend more 1:1 time with a guest as everything is done on a hand held device (iPad) instead of having to run to a standalone POS CONS: Occasional minor bugs when a new iOS is introduced.
