"Excellent Visibility for our Company and Great Support."

I love two things. the exposure it gives our product in the marketplace, and the support and help that I have received from the account managers in my timezone: Anoushka and Laura. What do you dislike about Totango? The only downside is that the impact we have in our industry is tempered by a "weighted" scale that includes company employee size and social media footprint. Nav bar can be confusing and some of the reporting is a touch clunky What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? It was quick to onboard w/ the technology and doesn't require overhead to support it internally. It was quick to integrate w/ Salesforce. What do you dislike about Totango?
