What do you like best? I can find everything I need in regards to my Account base in Totango. There are lots of different ways of access very valuable data. I love the reports! What do you dislike? Great company, Great team, Great software
What do you like best? Allowing us to have access to data and insights that we would not have been able to retrieve from CRM. We can break down the customer data in many ways allowing us to see many angles of each area. The time to implement and begin to see benefits is exactly as described in the sales process. Totango has been great for us!
What do you like best? Love the insight that Totango provides into our customer base. It's very powerful and can pretty much create a report on any type of data. It also provides plenty of options for customer health and tracking. I don't know what I would do without it. What do you dislike? I do wish there were more options to reach out directly to the primary contact(s) on the account, and also an ability to export timelines/touchpoints on users. Recommendations to others ...

A great resource and easy to use
What do you like best? I like the ease of breaking down my clients in segments which allows me to track not only what I've done but also what else I need to accomplish. The reporting is very easy and that comes in handy when assigned a client that had a prior CSM attached to them. I can get all the information I need to move forward with the client. What do you like best? Totango has been very useful in organizing my prioritization of customers. I like how it has given me the basic information about each account to help me strategize how to treat my accounts. The full timeline feature has really helped keep myself up to date on the account history so that warm hand offs can be completed. What do you dislike? It is one tool and more information
What do you like best? It is user friendly. All the customer success data can be managed at a single place What do you dislike? I feel that the attributes can be clubbed into tabs based on its use like Health attributes, Product attributes, Churn attributes, Survey attributes etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It was easy to manage customer users and it helped me a lot in pulling out the customer contacts for the customer survey

Totango Usage
What do you like best? I like keeping track of my clients and their health all in one place. What do you dislike? Normal software bugs get a bit tedious. Such as completing a task yet the task will sometimes still show under "Work" have to refresh the browser. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Improving client usage, engagement and health.

What do you like best? I love the fact that everything is so simple and easy to use. It's streamlined and easy to navigate, making daily tasks so efficient What do you dislike? Nothing!
