Great for managing customer success!
What do you like best? One stop shop for all customer success attributes. Puts all internal parties on the same page when it come to managing customer sat. What do you dislike? Pages have at times been somewhat slow to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing the QBR process is streamlined with SuccessPlays.

What do you like best? Support - They've been easy to use and very fast turn around times. What do you dislike? I hate the online help information. They all read very sales-pitchy. As an admin, I want quick, clean, and to the point guides on how to configure and work with the parts of the system configuration and set up. Effective service to meet the customer.
What do you like best? Lots of potential, but no information to benefit
What do you like best? There are a lot of features that could be very useful if I knew how to use them. What do you dislike? Not integrated well. I wish the tasks would coincide with my calendar so I could get prompted to follow up. Now I waste too much time updating my calendar and my tasks. There are so many features I don't know where to start. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Task management and notes on accounts.

What do you like best? ToTango's interface is easy for novices. What do you dislike? Intuitive user interface & helpful in driving successful customer outcomes
What do you like best? The ease of use & intuitive nature of the platform are the features that stand out most. The onboarding team did a great job getting us live quickly so we could start realizing value. What do you dislike? Very easy for usert to understand compared with others
What do you like best? I could change something manually e.g. date, rating of account etc What do you dislike? Cannot see commercial related information if Totango still not sync with CRM only What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I saw some other similar application that the system could integrated to collect data from other correlated system e.g. CRM, Ticketing system etc
