Decent Product

What do you like best? It's easy to see my team's productivity as a whole What do you dislike? The navigation is a bit clumsy (the search function for example), and there are no keyboard shortcuts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to sort accounts by multiple factors makes organizing workflow simple.

What do you like best? Having a proactive tool that automates motions that used to be manual to ensure we stay engaged with customers. What do you dislike? Not having our Sales team working in Totango causes us to cross-check information in Salesforce. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating success plays for different types of customers and different training plans.

What do you like best? I like that I can log my touchpoints with the client. What do you dislike? That I cannot assign multiple milestones on an entry. Recommendations to others considering the product: This helps to keep me organized as an account manager. Having the ability to log a touchpoint at any time is helpful and I'm excited to keep going and utilize the reporting capabilities once we have all of our metrics from the last year uploaded into the system. It has been a little clunky integrating with our previous salesforce data

What do you like best? While newer to Totango, it has been a solid experience. It seems very fluid and has solid ways to keep properly tasked and up to speed with my accounts.
