What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to create task rules and automatically get reminded when it's time to call or get in contact with a customer. What do you dislike? I dislike that it's not perfectly integrated and there's some data missing or not reliable. What do you like best? Powerful ability to segment customers. Strong integrations with Salesforce and Slack. Ability to log customer contacts by BCCing emails into the system is critical for keeping a deep history of customer contacts. Highly configurable. Solid task tracking capabilities. What do you like best? The best thing about Totango is how plug and play it is. I am able to make changes to the UI very easily and without too much technical experience. They also are great with providing support and assistance when needed. Our CSM Robyn is great. What do you dislike? Not as customizable as a more complex solution. Great tool!

What do you like best? I really enjoy the ability to see everything I need to in one snapshot and have all of my work organized. I can see everything from one window and dont have to move between multiple platforms. What do you dislike? I think the emailing system can be improved. I dont like that it makes it a totango email and has to tango information tied to each one. It confuses most customers or filtered to junk.
