What do you like best about Totango? The weekly active users graphical view in the usage module. What do you dislike about Totango? When there are no contacts provided under account assignment, in the Contacts field. What problems is Totango solving and how is that benefiting you? Examining if the account is being used as their renewal date is coming.

What do you like best about Totango? I'm on the sales/upgrade side of customer relations at my company, so understanding customer usage and overages is beneficial. The segmenting and reports are extremely helpful in determining which accounts to focus on. I also enjoy the timeline section to bridge the gap and communicate between customer success and account management teams. What do you dislike about Totango? I like it a lot!
