What do you like best about Totango? The ability to see a 360 view of all our accounts. As well as the ability to set our own parameters to measure the 'health' of an account. What do you like best about Totango? I have been using Totango for almost a year now and I love the simplicity of it. It's so easy to manage all of my 165 clients' accounts, without feeling overwhelmed or forgetting my notes- everything is in one area! I can attach photos and also assign tasks to my colleagues too! What do you like best about Totango? I like the segmentation engine. The ability to group and segment the information allows us to look at our business in different manners. The other thing I like is that Totango is great about listening to their customers and hearing their recommendations and making them a reality. What do you dislike about Totango? What do you like best about Totango? tasks, segments, touchpoints, profile..everything! What do you dislike about Totango? What do you like best about Totango? I love Totango's sleek UI and how simple and easy it is to navigate daily tasks. It's helped me tremendously with organizing and tracking progress on several client implementation projects while also monitoring account health and expansion in a separate portfolio. What do you like best about Totango? Easy to implement and get value out of it. Before Totango we used spreadsheets a lot to keep track of our clients, and the process to "translate" what we did on those sheets into Totango (and add new functionalities) was very easy. The attention from the onboarding team was amazing, and the times we needed help from support, the attention received was very good as well. What do you dislike about Totango?
