"Good for contract tracking and software usage reporting"
What do you like best about Torii? Torii does well at adding in contracts, owners, pricing and renewal dates. It also does alright at tracking if folks are signing in and using assigned software. What do you dislike about Torii? Torii's workflow features are pretty minimal compared to other tools like Workato, Make (Integromat) or Okta Workflows. What do you like best about Torii? Provides insights on shadow IT and usage metrics. Great overview and categorization. Very good API. What do you dislike about Torii? Netsuite integration not great if you are not using Netsuite in a certain way (ex. users purchasing with their credit cards) Recommendations to others considering Torii: Great overview of apps but if you wish to unbundle cost and usage of "big tickets" such as Salesforce, you need to have other options just for that ...

Torii is trying to address the really difficult problem, they understand the struggles of controlling software sprawl, and the system has an incredible number of bells and whistles that allow IT admins and Finance be proactive about licenses, renewals and employee life cycle management. 2. "Great for tracking user data"
What do you like best about Torii? It is great for tracking data for the Saas applications. This allows us to tell whether the app is getting enough usage to be worth the money being spent. What do you dislike about Torii? There have been some complications trying to integrate Torii on some of our apps. What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using it to track the usage of apps. From my understanding, it is helping us see the usage of the different apps we pay for.

"Great Service from start to finish"
What do you like best about Torii? The customer service has been fantastic. If we have a question or a request nothing has been too big of an ask. The detailed training and the attention to us a client have been excellent. What do you dislike about Torii? I am still knew to Torri so I am still understanding it.
