It is helping us to identify who is using what applications all of the users are using, the break down of the usage and we can cross it with new requests (to understand what app are here) What do you dislike about Torii? "Great way to manage your ORG software"

What do you like best about Torii? It helps me understand what software my org has, pricing, contracts, users, and renewal, in one place What do you dislike about Torii? More flexibility for "side-users" who only own software in their own department/domain What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you? Aggregation of all software data (More than 200 in our case)

What do you like best about Torii? I love that Torii gives us insight into the various programs we use and how much they cost or how they are billed. This is very important to be able to understand cost usage and understand what programs are used. What do you dislike about Torii? "It has a lot of insight which otherwise would be hard to get"

What do you like best about Torii? The overview it provides from all the applications we have in the domain. What do you dislike about Torii? The logging is not as detailed as I would require to check some failures. What problems is Torii solving and how is that benefiting you? Offboarding some users for certain applciations. Detecting unused licenses.

What do you like best about Torii? Torii has a very helpful team and great customer service. Their platform can be a great option in lieu of IT teams to help with onboarding and offboarding. What do you like best about Torii? Torii's renewal dashboard creates an agile and transparent view to provide ample time to renew projects. What do you like best about Torii? Easy to use. Great Customer Success partner. Fast feature development. Willing to take and action feedback. Very robust for it's age. What do you dislike about Torii? Some roadblocks to making things fully automated. For example, with the integration with our HRIS, a departing team member's software is automatically deactivated at 12am on the last day of employment.....when the team member still needs to complete that day of work. What do you like best about Torii? The interface is fairly straightforward and initial configuration is easy. Workflows are a helpful addition and made things like verifying offboarded employees were successful gave confidence in process. What do you dislike about Torii?
