What do you like best? The development of teyh manager side has been significant in Tops One. Managers fine it easier to use and more user friendly. What do you dislike? Search function needs to be more robust, experience lag times or no results when searching names and addresses. HOA Management software review

What do you like best? Cost is affordable at only $0.50 per door. What do you dislike? Their support is by far the worse I have ever experienced. After three days when I submitted a ticket for support I still did not get a callback to resolve a simple problem of adding a new user. I had to threaten them of changing software companies and 10 minutes they called me. This happens to all of our employee and they have pretty much just given up on their support now. Tops [One] is unlocking the potential of our entire team.

What do you like best? It's hard to pick one favorite feature. One of the most helpful features of Tops One is the global accessibility to information within the system. Using the Global Search field anything can be easily located. Also, the ability to move between tasks is very streamlined, it's really very easy to move from taking payments, to posting payables, to accessing homeowners' accounts, with almost no lag. The support team at TOPS is amazing!

What do you like best? The product support team at TOPS is amazing! This is a new software for our company and I have found that during the transition Tara and Valerie have been super helpful. If for some reason they don't know an answer to a question I have, they reach out and figure out a way to make it happen. What do you dislike? One area of improvement would be on the user side. Work from anywhere with ease

What do you like best? Our company is able to automated a lot of things which helps us focus on our clients more. It took some time to really learn the new program however LINDSAY ZEILSTRA has been an awesome help and source of information. TOPS[ONE] is a game changer!

What do you like best? It's easy to use and learn. Homeowners can log into their accounts, reducing call time at the office. Managers can work from anywhere. Customer support is some of the best I have ever experienced. The transition from Pro to ONE had some bumps, but we got support through the entire process and we were never left with unanswered questions. Management is extremely responsive. What do you dislike? When using tops one and multiple of my co-workers also, its very slow Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely switch What problems are you solving with the product? Great Company and Good Customer Service

What do you like best? The online help center is the best when you are looking for a quick answer to an issue. It is easy to read and understand how to work in the software and there are so many topics that relate to each other. It is really helpful when you just need a quick answer.
