What do you like best? Ease of application. Flexibility and . What do you dislike? The processing time can lag on big comm. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Owner access to accounts, accounting in general is improved with TOPS ONE.

Best Customer Service / Software Training JUST LOVE IT!

What do you like best? WOW where can I start? The training and follow up experience with Ms. Jusino as a customer service has been amazing in our transition process ( very professional and patient with our hundred questions). Great experience with TOPS Upgrade

What do you like best? We recently upgrade to TOPS One from the remote login TOPS and I have found the upgrade to be very user friendly and I am now able to do more on my phone than I ever thought possible, which has been very helpful these last few months! What do you dislike? The only downside I have experienced is in the financial reporting. Our Board preferred the layout of the reports in the old TOPS but I am hopeful we can redesign them to match. Exactly what a property manager & management company needs

What do you like best? That I can access all I need anywhere, in the office, out of the office, etc. What do you dislike? You cannot add folders to associations and owner files. It would be better organized than 20+files. I have recommend this to their enhancement department.
