What do you like best? The leads that I have gotten from Top Producer have been quality leads and I would recommend them as a lead source. What do you dislike? I really have no challenges with them. What do you like best? They have great customer service. They are available to reach by phone and promptly follow up with any issues that need resolving. It's user friendly and easy to import records. Sends out email blasts efficiently. What do you dislike? When you import records it doesn't allow you to make changes to multiple contacts at once. For instance, once you have completed importing and you want to scan for duplicates, you cant command it to do several actions at once. Each ...

What do you like best? Real estate centered CRM makes it easy to use. The use of the same terminology helps with coordination inside our office. What do you dislike? Top Producer is fine, its not amazing but it doesn't suck. has good features What do you dislike? but isn't easily customizable competitors have better options What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I like how you can categorize the client lists. However that was pretty much the only part that I enjoy. It isn't a product that I enjoy using unfortunately. What do you dislike? It is extremely outdated, and not a product that I would recommend. I think it can be way more streamlined and easier to access client information. What do you like best? I liked that it told me who to contact everyday and it was easy to sort/search for people. I did like the work flows. What do you dislike? It was way too cumbersome. It did much more than what i needed it to do. The problem with the workflows was that it was too much of a timeline and very little opportunity for variation. What do you like best? Nothing. I don't like the program. But i don't have the time to find something new and my team seem to be content with the status quo. I am not. What do you dislike? Not user friendly. Things seem to be in multiple places and not intuitive. Even simple things like looking up contacts is a pain. Then navigating to get their contact details. Program is bad, customer service is worse.

What do you like best? If I have to choose something I like about Top Producer, it would be that it automatically calculated dates and set up task lists to keep me on track. However, that is hardly reason to keep the program. I can calculate the dates myself and use Outlook Tasks to keep myself on track just as easily. What do you dislike? It is just a "clunky" program. Don't sign up. My google/ email data base was sold.

What do you like best? Terrible. Do not trust the claim they give you a 30 day "money Back" do not sign on. They lock you in for a year because they know the program is not worth it. What do you dislike? customer service and the program is terrible. Never less than a 22 min wait. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None..it's been so stressful. Expect over 20 min waits.

What do you like best? Easy to use when it comes to processing your intake and putting in notes. I like how easy it is to maneuver around the site. Works well for when you have a lot of people to manage and it is tailored for real estate agents only. What do you dislike? Customer service was awful.
