Toodledo pros and cons
Offers folders, contexts, tags, and advanced search filters for granular task organization.
Syncs across desktop, laptop, mobile, and Apple Watch.
Supports GTD (Getting Things Done) and other flexible workflow methodologies for personal and professional use.
Free version includes substantial features; paid upgrades are affordable.
The range of features and options can overwhelm new users, creating a steep initial learning curve.
The interface is functional but visually dated compared to modern task management competitors.

"Outstanding business tool"
What do you like best about Toodledo? I have been using Toodledo for years and could not manage my day without it. It is an essential tool in my work and personal day. It is so versatile that I use it for dozens of purposes. I cannot recommend it more highly. I am glad a business team is actively improving the tool.

Task creation is intuitive and natural (e.g. "/due next Friday" adds the appropriate due date for next Friday). And finally, it's visually appealing enough to make me enjoy using it. I've been a user for ...

What do you like best about Toodledo? I use Toodledo as my only list manager for both work and home. It has every feature that's needed to implement a Getting Things Done workflow. I've used it for years and wouldn't be without it.
