Feature rich yet easy to use

What do you like best? Ability to quickly see an overview of not just how many hours were tracked by the team but how the business is doing overall, how much was earned, how much was spent, and the outcome. What do you dislike? Regarding the Trello integration, it would be nice to see the time that has been tracked on individual cards. What do you like best? Toggl is very easy to use, as a free option, and is feature rich. I am able to create different clients, tags, and projects to easily sort my time. Plus their review feature allows me to look back each much to see where my time has gone. What do you dislike? Toggl free version does make it a little hard define different projects for sorting, but once you trial it a few times, you can create a system that works for you or your team. What do you like best? It's easy to switch from project to project and client to client. I rarely forget to use the timer. The reports allow me to easily see how long I spend on each project. What do you dislike? Notification of leaving timer on comes too late. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can now see how much I'm getting paid per hour for my fixed-rate projects. I can easily fill out time sheets for my hourly clients.
