"Very easy to use and takes all the work out of mentoring relationships"

What do you like best about Together Mentorship? Very helpful-- there's no need to plan sessions or topics-- they are provided if you need it, but don't have to use them at all if your mentoring relationship takes off organically. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? There is a little bit of manual/ admin work required to do after each session if you are a mentee. What do you like best about Together Mentorship? Running a mentorship program for over 100 employees is hard word. The Together Mentorship software makes it so much easier! I know it is helping me do a better job of running our mentor program! I love how it allows the mentors and mentees to maintain a profile for matching and make adjustments as they grow and change. What do you like best about Together Mentorship? Has been really helpful to keep track of the sessions, what the mentors are sharing, the mentees' needs, etc. Also to know who is still available to give coaching and what their skills are. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? That we only have a reminder to select a mentor, but once we do it, it keeps coming. What do you like best about Together Mentorship? Together Mentorship was engaging. It prompted reminders of sessions and allowed feedback to be included during and after each session. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? I honestly could not think of any limitations of Together Mentorship. I highly enjoyed working in such a user-friendly environment. What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a great tool for keeping track of content.

Not super user-friendly and it didn't properly register my mentor change and rescheduling issues. What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you? I am new to the organization and I want to develop relationships and goal to help me succeed and grow within it.

What do you like best about Together Mentorship? I like that it is seamlessly connected with Outlook. I receive the invites directly with the session's agenda.
