What do you like best about Together Mentorship? The pairing process is great. I can easily find who has moved on to their next sessions. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? At first, I could not pair a mentee with another mentor, but I think that was just a glitch and was quickly resolved. What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you? Pairing by time zone is great, and I could not have done it as quickly without them. I love the algorithms.

What do you like best about Together Mentorship? I've appreciated that Together has significantly reduced the lift of running our mentorship program. Our matching process was previously very time-consuming, but has now been streamlined on the platform. It has also allowed us to be much more low touch once pairings are finalized.
