"We decided to use this tool, since it was actually the nearest to how we organized mentoring by hand"
What do you like best about Together Mentorship? The matching was complicated to do by hand. Informing the people and reminding them took time. Thanks to the tool, we save a lot of time. People are, to a certain point, independent from us. Together does not stand still, i.e. makes helpful adjustments to the tool. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? What do you like best about Together Mentorship? My first pairing was a success and I enjoy talking to people from different teams in different departments. It has been great to bounce ideas off of other people and to learn from different perspectives. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? I think you shouldn't need to choose to end pairing. I believe if you don't add additional sessions after a specific time then the pairing should end. Because some pairing are negative and you ...
