What do you like best about Together Mentorship? The Together Software has allowed us to expand our mentoring program as it is a very robust and easy to use system. We were constrained in the past with using spreadsheets to manage our program, that has all been removed, which allows us to administer the program with limited resources. What do you like best about Together Mentorship? I like the pre-determined structure of the program. There is a theme for every session, which guides our discussion. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? It doesn't sink up with the Outlook calendar and Teams meeting tool, where I can include the Teams meeting in the meeting invitation. "Together has been a pivot element in the successful management of our Mentoring Program."

What do you like best about Together Mentorship? The paring algorithm has worked wonders. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? The scheduling as been an issue for us in the past. It was resolved after our first cohort though. What problems is Together Mentorship solving and how is that benefiting you? We noticed a need for women at our company to have mentors and be able to have a safe space to bounce their dreams and aspirations off of.

What do you like best about Together Mentorship? We are enjoying the ability to book sessions inside the platform since it integrates with Teams! The visibility from the health check allows the team to see when we need to reach out and support the mentors. "I find the service really handy for our business"

What do you like best about Together Mentorship? Automatic pairing has been such a handy tool for the amount of mentors to mentees we have. I also like being able to see the information on mentees and mentors. What do you dislike about Together Mentorship? I'm still learning with together and sometimes the self serve aspect has just become to difficult.
