User Interface is great - downhill from there Was told by the sales people that Toast could do everything on my must have list - little materialized. I have had to invent my own work arounds and even basic data retrieval is a chore to find. If you have basic requirements for inventory and sales it is likely a good product but if you have anything outside the box they provide little guidance or support. toast system is the best
Easy to use as well and there are some video guidelines. Also, all the representatives were very helpful, especially my area Consultant Andrew Hu who helped me a lot, even though he was out of work, he came to me on his off day also.

24/7 Customer Support us UNTRUE
24/7 Customer Support us UNTRUE! System glitch charging customers twice, leaving us to explain the mess. Other than being portable Toast is only slightly better than our old PC America. Try fighting for your clients when a chargeback is presented. Provided video proof of client eating/drinking, swiping card, and adding a tip, only to get a chargeback.

Toast is AWESOME
Toast made setup and the "go live" process so easy. This system is very user-friendly. Toast has a great staff, and their customer service is top tier. Due to their POS systems being created exclusively for restaurants, they understand our needs unlike any other POS company does. Cannot recommend Toast enough, I am highly satisfied!
