"Easy to use POS "

What do you like best? Ease of use. Training new staff to use this POS is much easier than with other systems I have used. I love being able to find receipts for customers remotely. As part of upper management it also allows me to be able to help staff with matters at the store level in real time.

"Easiest POS System I've Ever Used"

What do you like best? The service center is attentive & fast when there are issues. The buttons up front as well as the behind-the-scenes set up are completely user friendly. Everything is just so easy to figure out & set up. We can still run credit cards without internet if that goes down, which makes it very convenient during storms or wifi issues.

"Best Customer Service"

What do you like best? I love the fact that whenever I've had a question, I have multiple ways to find an answer. Whether I'm calling the support line, or looking on central.toasttab.com, I've never been left without an answer to my questions. I like being able to talk to a real person in real time who can instantly pull up my info for my restaurant and has insight into my question and how to resolve it. Super great service and I'm always impressed!!

"Toast works well!!! it does what it says it does."

What do you like best? Customer Service by far. when we call, questions and problems are solved quickly. if there are many people ahead of me, they are great about calling back.
