"Excellent platform with modern abilities and excellent customer service"
What do you like best? I have had issues with other systems when I needed support. Toast has figured out that I just want a human to answer and handle my situation because I have a restaurant to run. Generally, the person who answers is the person who is going to help me out and that is huge. Also, just the modernity of the system and the evolution via updates lets me know that if I don't have a function that I want now I probably will soon.
