Best cloud based system

Best cloud based system! User friendly, simple transition from old POS, great support, and they constantly evolve by listening to their customers! I'm currently using in 4 restaurants that range from quick serve to fine dining.

Terrible system

A lot of problem and inexperience people that don't know how to give proper support. The executives seem to promise the world and don't and certainly don't keep their promises. I have the entire time felt Like I have been lied to and misinformed at every turn. We use Toast at both of our bars

We use Toast at both of our bars! Our staff loves the easiness of Toast. As an owner I find it very easy to look at any numbers throughout the day. I love the mobile app! Great service as well, anytime we need anything I just text my Rep Danny and he is always available. Highly recommend any restaurant or bar to use this POS system!
