Pure scam. They did send me an email pretending beeing simply.com partners trying to luring me into following a false link linking to their own website. The code behind the email revealed the scam disposing some untrustworthy amateurs.

No customer service for their mistakes

I signed up for a subscription and they charged me for it FIVE times. They do not have an easily found phone number and do not reply to customer service emails- THREE of them. My bank notified me of the fraud and I have filed a dispute. Not happy.
