What do you like best? I like that the answers are anonymous and that my team feels open to be candid about what's going right AND wrong. What do you dislike? I dislike that it's *so* anonymous that people say things I can't imagine they'd ever say out loud to the room. That said, still glad they feel empowered to be honest. What do you like best? The tool is really easy to use. You can start simple and expand to fit the needs of the organization. Good support and easy for people to engage with. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the interface and Livepulse, however I really like that employees are engaged through the suggestions and the Cheers for Peers sections. What do you dislike? My managers have had some trouble navigating the site, but with training they have caught on well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Two-way communication with staff and between staff and managers!

What do you like best? The ability employers have to utilize TP as a tool to create a positive culture with transparency, recognition and fun being our driving force! What do you dislike? I love the fact the cheers provide positive feedback to each other, in the past we have had comments that staff would like positive feedback. What do you dislike?
