"FANTASTIC!"
What do you like best? A transparent platform for employees to provide feedback What do you dislike? Retention seems inaccurate for small companies. Its great that you are able to select your reason for termination but it is not reflected in the statistics. Recommendations to others considering the product: DO IT! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Practicing what we preach on transparency from both employer and employees.

When my employees do not take advantage of the opportunity to have their voice heard and to cheer on others. Recommendations to others considering the product: You must be willing to actively work the data, believe that employee voice is important, and that be able to convince employees that this is truly anonymous. What problems are you solving with the product? ...
